Principles of Artificial Neural Networks: for Scientists, Engineers and Others

Anthony Zaknich

AZTRONIX, 2004

This course provides a theoretical and practical introduction to the principles and application of both supervised and unsupervised learning neural networks for pattern recognition and signal processing. It has been used by both undergraduate and postgraduate students, unfamiliar with neural networks, who were able to pick up enough details to successfully complete their neural networks projects. There are practical hints, design rules, and examples provided to aid understanding and application. (This is an updated version of the course that was previously available on the web at http://www.maths.uwa.edu.au/~rkealley/ann_all/ann_all.html )
